Salsa Level I – Foundations of Social Dance
This beginner-friendly course introduces the fundamentals of Salsa, guiding dancers through essential footwork, timing, and partnerwork. Each class builds on the core concepts of Salsa social dancing, helping you develop confidence, connection, and musicality on the dance floor.
No partner or prior experience is required—just come ready to learn and move. At Gate City Latin Dance, we center inclusivity in all of our classes, recognizing that roles in partner dancing are fluid and should be chosen by each participant, not defined by gender.
