Basic Salsa for Absolute Beginners Ready to try salsa? This Basic Salsa class is designed specifically for absolute beginners—no prior dance experience and no partner required. Over the course of this four-week January series, you’ll learn the foundational skills needed to jump into Salsa social dancing confidently. We’ll break down essential footwork, introduce partnerwork, and guide you through how social salsa works in a supportive, fun environment. You’ll have the opportunity to dance with others in the class, making this a great introduction to the social dance community. Series Details 📅 Tuesdays in January 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th 🕡 6:30–7:30 PM 📍 Cultural Center Downtown Greensboro – Studio 203 $ Cost: Sale! $50 for (4) week series or pay as you go $15 per class (pay in person) FAQ What should I bring? Yourself, good energy, and possibly some water 🙂 Do I need a partner? No! You’ll have the opportunity to partner with others in the class as part of learning social salsa. Can I bring my partner? Absolutely! Just be sure to purchase two packages—one for you and one for your partner. What should I wear? Comfortable clothing and shoes. After the first class, you’ll have a better sense of what feels best for dancing.
