Salsa Level II ½ is designed for dancers ready to deepen their technique and confidence on the social dance floor. This course focuses on expanding skills, musicality, timing, and connection for both leads and follows. Dancers will explore smoother transitions, clearer communication, and improved body mechanics to create more comfortable and expressive partnerships. The class will emphasize lead-and-follow clarity, responsive movement, and practical patterns you can immediately apply in social dancing. This level bridges intermediate to advanced training, offering a supportive space to polish technique, build versatility, and develop a more relaxed, dynamic, and enjoyable salsa dance experience. Series Details 📅 Tuesdays: January 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th 🕡 7:30–8:30 PM 📍 Cultural Center Downtown Greensboro – Studio 203 $ Cost: Sale! $50 for (4) week series or pay as you go $15 per class (pay in person) FAQ What should I bring? Yourself, good energy, and possibly some water 🙂 Do I need a partner? No! You’ll have the opportunity to partner with others in the class as part of learning social salsa. Can I bring my partner? Absolutely! Just be sure to purchase two packages—one for you and one for your partner. What should I wear? Comfortable clothing and shoes. After the first class, you’ll have a better sense of what feels best for dancing.

Liability- GCLD includes within the instruction of each class safe practices when introducing techniques, and forms of movement. Dance is considered fitness therefore it involves the entire physical body. The student accepts all liability for their physical fitness as it relates to pre-existing injuries or potential injuries that could arise from physical fitness within the classes.
